Coming from a family of Eldorian scholars, Talulah showed an early talent for lightning magic. Her intelligence and curiosity made her a standout, though her rebellious streak often puts her at odds with traditionalists. She carries her rune book everywhere, using it as her arcane focus.

She is a native of Eldoria, born into a family of scholars there, and works in the royal library.
