The Guild Master/Leader is the highest authority in the guild, responsible for overseeing the overall functioning, decision-making, and direction of the guild.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain the guild's vision and strategic direction
• Make final decisions on guild policies and major actions
• Oversee all guild departments and operations
• Resolve major conflicts and disputes within the guild
• Represent the guild in external matters and negotiations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years guild experience
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Complete understanding of guild bylaws
